"All works are hand sculpted, painted and either glazed or varnished by myself. I do not cast, trace or use decals, so every piece is unique symbolising original beauty."
Sarah worked as an artist in schools and the community across South Yorkshire for many years before completing an MA in 2014 when she started concentrating more on her own work. She now has a portfolio career combining these approaches.
"I also touched on the idea of being a single parent, sculpting mother and child figures as well as tiles expressing how hard it is, how I became ‘the good, the bad and the ugly".
I run my own small business wherein I create and sell unique handcrafted jewellery and trinkets, as well as bespoke flower crowns and small day-to-day and costume accessories.
