The day event will include 3 workshops covering:

2. Artist Bios & Pitching Yourself

3. Funding Applications: What You Need To Know

Each workshop lasts approx. 2 hours and are led by local artist Natasha Clarke. She aims to deliver this information in a way which is accessible and not overwhelming.

“Being a local artist myself, I can relate to some of the anxiety that you have around growing your practice. I want to try and instill some more confidence in you as creatives and show you how I’ve learnt (through trial and error) to sell my practice in a way that feels comfortable to me.” ~ Natasha

Natasha has also teamed up with ‘Learning and Community Development Manager’ from Doncaster Council, Victoria Ryves.

Victoria is a pro at all things funding and often sits on panels reviewing and selecting people's applications. Her words of wisdom have informed the workshops so that you can gain some insider knowledge to help you can elevate your bids.
