Janet Wallace

Janet Wallace is an abstract fine artist and mural artist based in Doncaster. Working on large scale canvas

and mural street art, Janet has a warrior quality and explores many expressive techniques, balanced with

a softness.

Janet was commissioned by university of York and is one of the first mixed race female artists to be

displayed at the university, in 2021, in its history. Using bold vibrant colours and a variety of mediums

and tools, Janet explores themes of identity, nature, energy and the human form.
